Prices
At Marrow Press, all prices are stated in Danish kroner including VAT and taxes. We reserve the right to continuously adjust the prices without prior consent. Reservations are also made for out-of-stock items.
Payment
Marrow Press accepts payment with VISA-Dankort, VISA, VISA Electron and Mastercard.
Delivery
Marrow Press aims to ship orders within one to three business days of placing the order. We ship to Denmark and internationally. Shipping prices are calculated on the basis of the package's weight and the shipping destination and are indicated at the time of payment. Goods will be delivered to the delivery address specified in the order. Marrow Press is not responsible for additional customs clearance charges.
Customs
All orders placed outside Denmark might be subject to additional taxes and/or customs duties when arriving at its destination. Such additional taxes or customs duties related to a delivery is not the responsibility of Marrow Press. The customer is advised to the contact the local authorities of the destination country for information about taxes and Customs duties prior to purchasing a product from our website.
Notice of defect
A two-year right of complaint is granted in accordance with the Purchase Act (Købeloven). Our right of complaint applies to defects in material and/or manufacturing. You can get the item repaired, exchanged, the money returned or the price reduced, depending on the specific situation. The complaint does not apply to errors or damage caused by incorrect handling of the product. You must advertise in a "reasonable time" after you have discovered the defect/error. For returns, complaints and use of the right of withdrawal, send the product to:

Refund 1.0
If it is a refund, please include bank details in the form of account number, so that the agreed amount can be transferred. This information can be disclosed without risk per email, as it is not sensitive information and will only be used to fulfil the refund.
Right of withdrawal
There is a 14-day full right of return on goods purchased from Marrow Press. The period is calculated from the day you receive the order. Any return costs must be borne by the customer. Cancellation must be notified via email to the publisher no later than 14 days after the purchase. In the message, you must clearly point out that you wish to use your right of withdrawal and send the item to:

Goods excluded from the right of withdrawal
The following types of goods are not included in the right of withdrawal:
– Goods which have been manufactured according to the consumer's specifications or have been given a clear personal touch.
– Goods which, due to their nature, are inextricably mixed with others upon delivery.
– Items where the seal is broken.
Returning of goods
You must send your order back without undue delay and no later than 14 days after you have exercised your right of cancellation. You must bear the direct costs in connection with the return. When returning, you are responsible for the item being properly packed. You must attach a copy of the order confirmation. You bear the risk for the item from the time of delivery of the item until we have received it back.
Refund 2.0
If you regret your purchase, you will of course get the amount you paid us back. In the event of a decrease in value for which you are liable, this will be deducted from the purchase amount. When exercising the right of withdrawal, all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for extra costs resulting from your choice of a different form of delivery than the cheapest form of standard delivery offered by us), will be refunded without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the date where we have received notification of your decision to exercise the right of withdrawal. Refunds are made with the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed to something else. We can withhold the refund until we have received the item back.

Through this, we will process your personal data so that we can enter into a dialogue with you, e.g. answer questions about our services. We only process the information that you give us in connection with our communication.
We will typically process the following general information: name, email, telephone number.
Our authority to process this personal data is the data protection regulation's article 6, paragraph 1 liter f. (Databeskyttelsesforordningens artikel 6, stk. 1 litra f.)
We delete our communication with you when it is clear whether you want our services or not. Should in a special case arise a need to store your personal data for a longer period of time, this could be the case.
Customers
We need to communicate with our customers to ensure that the service is delivered correctly. Through this, we can process information about name, address, services, special agreements, payment information and the like. The authority to process this personal data is the Data Protection Regulation, Article 6, subsection 1 letter b. (Databeskyttelsesforordningens artikel 6, stk.1 litra). When the service has been delivered and any pending issues have been completed, we will immediately delete the personal data.
Accounting
We must save all accounting documents cf. the Accounting Act (bogføringsloven). This means that we store invoices and similar attachments for accounting purposes. This may include general personal data such as name, address, service description. Our authority to process personal data for bookkeeping is Article 6, subsection 1 letter of the data protection regulation. We store this information for a minimum of five years after the current financial year has ended.
Data processors
Few can handle everything by themselves, and the same applies to us. We therefore have business partners and use suppliers, some of whom may be data processors. External suppliers can, for example, provide systems to organize our work, services, consultancy, IT hosting or marketing.
We use:
– Stripe.com as payment gateway
– Snipcart.com to handle shop functionality
– Mailchimp for newsletter
It is our responsibility to ensure that your personal data is processed properly. That is why we make high demands on our business partners, and our partners must guarantee that your personal data is protected. We therefore enter into agreements on this with companies (data processors) who handle personal data on our behalf in order to increase the security of your personal data.

Third country transfers
We generally use data processors in the EU/EEA, or who store data in the EU/EEA.
In some cases this is not possible, and here data processors outside the EU/EEA can be used if they can provide your personal data with adequate protection.
Treatment safety
We keep the processing of personal data secure by having appropriate technical and organizational measures in place. We have made risk assessments of our processing of personal data, and have subsequently introduced appropriate technical and organizational measures to increase processing security. One of our most important measures is to keep our employees up to date on GDPR via ongoing awareness training, GDPR courses, as well as by reviewing our GDPR procedures with employees.

You have the right to gain insight into the information that we process about you, as well as a range of additional information.

Right to restriction of processing
In certain cases, you have the right to have the processing of your personal data restricted. If you have the right to have the processing restricted, we may in future only process the information - apart from storage - with your consent, or for the purpose of establishing, asserting or defending legal claims, or to protect a person or important public interests.
Right to object
In certain cases, you have the right to object to our otherwise lawful processing of your personal data. You can also object to the processing of your data for direct marketing.
Right to transmit information

In certain cases, you have the right to receive your personal data in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format and to have this personal data transferred from one data controller to another without hindrance.
